Coming into season: Wild garlic.
Pesto recipe: 1 x plastic bag of wild garlic leaves, 1x generous handful of toasted cashews, 1x generous handful of toasted walnuts, 1x supermarket parmesan triangle grated, zest of 1 lemon, good slug and another and another of olive oil. Whiz in Magimix. If it sticks add more olive oil. Freezes well.
